Mac FTB constantly crashes [Crash log]

Hey, I've been playing feed the beast for a few weeks now and I've finally gotten tired of it crashing. Normally it will happen when I'm loading chunks, but occasionally it will happen when doing other things (looking up recipes, opening containers etc.) Today was the first time a crash log came up, so I figured it would be a good time to post for help. The log is here:

Any help would be appreciated; I've tried raising the minimum and maximum memory but to little or no avail.

wow... crash logs for apple sure do look different then windows... hm...

Could you please also post the console log for that session? It is in the minecraft folder of the pack you are using. Fog log.

The only logs in there seem to be from loading up, and the crash-reports folder is empty (except for one log from when I was trying to use Java 7).

1. Updated Java... good.
2. If you can, set the install folder (under the options Tab) to "C:\FTB\"
3. Set the logging level in the console the next time you try to "debug" please.
4. Did you add optifine to the pack? If so... Lets get it working first, then we'll add it in.
5. Actually deleted optifine from the mod directory if you added it in there please. (If it is downloaded with the pack, just ignore this lol)

So at the end of the log is where it freezes/crash's on you? Just wanting to make sure....

Set the install folder to ~/FTB, (closest thing on a Mac), set the logging level to "Extended", and removed optifine.

I believe so, the last 4 lines seem to be it loading my armor in SMP.

Want me to run it again, or what?

EDIT: Meant to say I changed it to "Debug"
