add the following to the Hunter's backpack
Shard of Minium
Zombie Brain

Add the following to the Thaumaturge's Backpack
all Wisps Essences
alternatively add wisp essences to the hunter's backpack
 
Mind if I tack one on here?

Add metal nuggets and blocks to lexicon.whitelist by default (nuggetCopper, nuggetIron, blockSteel, etc.) The nuggets are particularly useful for Thaumcraft, since they would allow you can to get 9 metallum out of an iron ingot instead of 8, if it's the right type.
 
Hunters Backpack:
Arrows, rotten flesh, raw beef, raw porkchop, feathers, raw chicken, bones, gunpowder, string, gold nugget, ghast tear.
 
Personally I find it weird that you can get wood and saplings that don't go in the foresters backpack. But I suggest making Silverwood(/saplings) and Greatwood(/saplings) go into the Thaumaturge backpack.(unless, do they already? Been so long since I've had a chance to cut them down)
