FTB config files question

I'm trying to disable elevators in the openblocks mod from taking xp every time I use it, but I can't find the config file for openblocks to disable it. I went to the ftb launcher>options>install folder>ftb>the modpack I'm using (EthosLPPack for 1.7.10, and I have edited the modpack a little. Idk if that could cause issues)>minecraft>config. Most other mods in the pack seem to be missing from the folder as well. I also want to change the spawn rates of some animals in mo' creatures because the sea animals including squid are practically nonexistent, and the config folder is there but there isn't anything inside. If anyone has any ideas that'd be great, thanks!

Have you launched the pack since you installed it? Any configs left with the default settings are usually downloaded the 1st time you load/play the pack. Other than that, the only way for me to tell if you have found the right folder is for me to look at your computer directly.

Yeah I've played it quite a few times. I just got to the point in my world where the problems mattered more. And I guess there really isn't a way to do that lol, any other ideas?
