Bug Ftb chunkloading Not working

Im playing infinity 1.7 Version 2.6.0 on a Server
And I can click on the Map to claim and load chunks but it's Not working
None of the chunks are loaded
Any ideas on a fix?

EDIT: my server disabled chunkloading in the config for some reason

It's one click to claim and one click to chunkload, or maybe r-click or shift. I think this has changed with various iterations, but it will state on the FTButility map whether it is loaded or not and for me has been accurate to date.

Yea it is marked red on the Map saying chunkloaded
But on the right it says loaded chunks 0 of 30
Nether not working at all
Overworld loading stopped for some reason too
