FTB Blocked?

I've been having a problem with my FTB Launcher.
I dont know what is blocking the file, i tried allowing all java programs, but it didnt work.
Please help me. WHat do I need to unblock?

Have you tried running the FTB launcher as administrator?

Yes, I tried running as administrator. It didnt work. Still the same results in console.

Try importing into MultiMC and running that way
