[FTB Beyond] Setting a server for invite players.

Hello !

I'm pretty new to set a FTB server. I'm playing with my brother to my own private server and we want to welcome some players to join us.
I have already managed a vanilla server but not a FTB server.
I don't want any plugins.
Could you tell me what i have to blacklist (items/ mods/ etc) / how to do perms to be sure it's safe to have unknown people come play with us ?

Last time i play to FTB it was years ago so i don't know all the mod from Beyond.

Edit : I would like also to manage perms for commands for new players. I don't know how to do that.

I personally don't blacklist or use permissions. But if you are interested in that then you need sponge forge so you can use bukkit permissions and plugins.
