FTB Beyond server issue?

Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Title FTB Beyond server issue?

Details of the issue I really need help with this, I have no idea what I'm doing. I took all the original server files out, replaced them with a fresh install of FTB Beyond server, with the exception of putting the libraries folder and the jar file in a folder called jar. I have no idea what else I have to do.
