Details of the issue As soon as I use JEI to search any specific item or block by name my game freezes and starts to crash after a few seconds.

I also installed Optifine and Biomes O' Plenty but this crash has been occurring before I even had installed them.

You're also playing on a server that runs this:
Server brand: ookyKraftMCCord (git:BungeeCord-Bootstrap:1.11-SNAPSHOT:1c2e4bf:129) <- fml

So, remove optifine and biomes o plenty, try again, and if you still have issues - try singel player and see if it's still crashing there.

If it's crashing on singleplayer without the added mods, post log from that - instructions for getting full log: https://support.feed-the-beast.com/faq/

If not, then contact the server admins of that server or change server.
