Bug [FTB Beyond] Item Translocator not connecting to Drawer Controller

Recently, I started playing FTB Beyond while watching Hypnotizd FTB Series. On episode 9, @ 17:03 you can see his item translocator works perfectly fine on the drawer controller. I cant put an item translocator on my drawer controller. Is there a fix to this in a config file? Someone help thanks.

*I am using the Twitch/Curse client and the latest version of FTB Beyond, 1.5.3*
