Details of the issue Cant open and use the iChisel, the normal Chisel work.

Here to confirm this issue.

Same conditions as OP. Now on to find the issue tracker for the relevant mod.

EDIT:
Apparently it's fixed so it's just a case of waiting for the changes to be released to whatever pack you are using.
If you're able to, you could try updating manually to a later version of Chisel.

Until an update happens we'll have to use other chisels.
