Title FTB Beyond Crashing on startup

Details of the issue The server crashes when starting up

Do you have other servers running? Something else is using the port and the server cannot use it.
 
Then you might have a zombie process still blocking the port - free that up and it should work out for you.

If you don't know how, do a restart of your computer.
 
I tried to; changed the port, closed my other server and used its port, restarted my pc, still doesn't work.
However looking at the log, I noticed a lot of errors like these:
[19:29:47] [Server thread/ERROR] [FML]: Unable to find item harvestcraft:seaweedItem to add to this garden.
and
[19:29:44] [Server thread/INFO] [modularforcefieldsystem]: Module not loaded: Buildcraft not found

(towards the end)

Is this the problem? Any idea how to fix it?

When I started the server, I just ran ServerStart.bat, edited the eula, then re-ran ServerStart.bat, should I have done something before that?
