Details of the issue I'm not sure why I keep randomly crashing, I'm playing with v sync on (on purpose) at a stable 75 fps.

Try without optifine.

Actually i didn't extract optifine from FTB Beyond. Let me play for a while and see if it crashes now.

Yes it is an issue. While FTB is free and will always be so. We do rely on people having a valid Minecraft account with Mojang. Without that we will not support you.

Didn't think it was a big deal because if i could get Minecraft for free i didn't see a reason to buy it but i really like FTB so will buy it if that's fine.

The thing is Minecraft isn't free. It never has been. Just because you can get it for free doesn't mean you should. Sure I could load something like Kodi and get all the movies I want for free. But that doesn't make it right or something I should do. In fact I go out of my way to make sure I'm watching movies from legit sources (Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc.). So go buy a legit copy of minecraft (for all we know the cracked version you are running is causing the issue). Reload FTB afterward then come back and talk to us if you still have issues.
