Problem FTB Beyond Chunkloading

Hey,

Im having problems on my server with the FTButilities Chunkloading. It does nto seem to do anything at all for normaly players afther they log of. Only for OP/admins. And all other loaders are disabled... And I cant get them working. Anyoen got any tips how can get chunkloading for players to work?
