FTB Beyond 1.9.0->1.10.0 - Server issue after update

Details of the issue Updated my FTB Beyond server to 1.10.0 from 1.9.0 - copied over my world folder and started the new server. First issue was an error with SimplyJetpacks that I had to type in a command to confirm (metaitemEIO issue). Then, the server loaded, but upon trying to connect with a 1.10.0 client there is an instant exception error crash.
