Hi!
Currently on my SP world i have my base in an little room below surface that i digged, its not that big, but it has space for chest (i have a room full of cobble chests), some machines, generators and a blast furnace.
But when i make a base in creative in a test world, they always are ugly. Do you have ideas what to do?

Do nothing. nothing is actually wrong.
You're just between being homeless and finding that perfect home/base. Most everyone does what you're doing, it's a stepping stone.

Build a tree house in a large tree.

After that, make a house that is built in the side of a mountain, with waterfalls and the like.

Then make a volcano home.

And then build a floating sky castle in the clouds.

Tks, i will try to do the home in the side of a moutain, also, do you think that i should make rooms for machines, another room for chests and all that?
Or just one big room for everything?

A good first base for people who are truly terrible at aesthetics is to quarry a 25x25 ish area and build floors with 7-high roofs ish
That's where I stuff all of my bulky and ugly machines (farms, GT multiblocks etc)
That can free you up to make a nice-looking house with the basics on it; personally I like building in mountains because you get a good view and it's easy to expand without worrying about an outside too much.

Make a large room for everything, and put storage in the middle of the room, and machines on the outside of the room. That way, you can access your storage easily from anywhere in the machine room area.

Chunkload the place, put filters on every chest leading into an enderchest with timers, go to your new home, and place down an enderchest.

You can use one of the many systems of pipes/tubes to move stuff, but it will likely be easier to just move all of your stuff in canvas bags.

If you don't mind a bit of cheating, you can use NEI to "save" the state of your inventory, so you can move a lot of stuff at once.

step one: use the search function
step two: look in one of the hundreds of identicle threads asking the exact same thing.
