Solved FTB App update button broken

When trying to update any pack on the FTB app, an empty bar slides in from the bottom and the pack doesn't update.

Do a fresh install of the FTB app.

Make sure to backup your worlds before continuing.

Uninstall the app, remove these folders:
press windows key +r and type
%appdata%
and then press OK

Remove these 2 folders:
FTBA
ftb-app

Also check if there's a folder called .ftba under
c:\users\YOURUSERNAME

Remove that .ftba folder as well

Manually create this folder .ftba
c:\users\yourusername\.ftba
and then create a bin folder as a subolder to .ftba
c:\users\yourusername\.ftba\bin

Then re-install the app and download the pack you wanted to update, and restore your world save.

If you have issues after that - please report back.

I mean, that's a rather skewed fix for something that might be a bug in the app. It did work though, thanks <3
