So I've tried this many times and when I delete my FTBA folder and redownload FTB App I will click download to new drive and then have it launch the app. It does launch the app according to Task Manager but it doesnt pop up on my screen so its running in the background. Is there any way how to fix this.

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.
