FTB and TCAdmin?

Hello, I have recently purchase a TCAdmin server for hosting a few game however I seem to be having trouble getting FTB to work, I have tried using the same executable commands as MC and also they have a built support for it but I have to provide the server.jar file. I have downloaded that file from the launcher but I can not find the .jar just the exe. If anyone has been able to get it to run with TCAdmin any help would be greatly appreciated.
