FTB Agrarian Skies v3.1.2 server crashes on startup

Details of the issue:
My server will start running in a cmd window (Win 7 x64) and crash whilst in the middle of startup. I have a pastebin of the crash log attached. I have rebooted, I am afraid to go forward any further for fear of not being able to reclaim my world.

The Server will start if I force it to create a new world, but I would like to be able to fix the old one if at all possible.
