Problem FTB Academy Fatally Missing Entries

Hi I've a problem
I just create my FTB academy server from FTB launcher 1.2.0 my server running and I can see this from my minecraft

but when I try to login my server or my frineds try to login my server everyone getting same error

fatally missing entries

solutions I tried:
re-install server
re-install FTBA
try to copy clientside mod folder to server side
