Everytime i run a 1.6.4 ftb modpack i get a error that says severe forge mod loader or something well this is my pastebin info from the console http://pastebin.com/jBegGN4k

Sorry, it just says that the game can't load some of the mods because it doesn't know the version of those mods, so you can't play the modpack with them installed
Those mods are:
-Codechickencore
-Inventorytweaks
-biomesoplenty
(It is really complicated, but for some reason you can't play modpacks from 1.6.4 with those mods installed)
And have you tried reinstalling ftb?

Or look for mods you can play in older versions.
You need to reinstall those mods for 1.6.4 because maybe does the game think those mods aren't for 1.6.4
