Friends Can't Join Server​

Details of the issue:

So recently I tried to create an FTB Departed server that my friends and I could play on but, only I (hosting from home) am able to join the server, and the error that my friends get doesn't provide any information besides something like connection refused, timed out, no other information provided. I have not checked yet to see if this is only an issue with Departed but we don't even know what the issue could be that is making the server un-joinable. We are all on Windows 10, but don't know if that is the issue or not. Also, I don't think Java is the issue either. If there is any other information I can provide, please let me know.​

Server log will help and makr sure you gave them the right ip and portforwarded the server

I am fairly certain I gave them the right ip and I am using Hamachi, so I probably shouldn't have to port forward, but it might be worth trying because Hamachi isn't helping as far as it seems. The server log might help as well, thanks for suggesting that. EDIT: Just tried port forwarding and couldn't get it to work. Still not sure what the issue is. EDIT AGAIN: Ok I found out why I couldn't forward the port and forwarded it, will see if the server works

Ok, I managed to find out what was wrong, fix it, and then find another problem, fix that, and make the server work. Thanks for your help.
