Problem Friends can't join .bat

When i try to set up a FTB Ultimate server and start it with ServerStart.bat he cant join the server, but i can get in to the server.
But when he set it up just the same way i can join hes server....
btw, we are using hamachi.
So i hope some1 here can help me solve the problem [DOUBLEPOST=1367610341][/DOUBLEPOST]And when he trys to join me, it just say "Can't reach the server"

hhmm, there might be alot of things causing this.

Umh, When I run the server as ftbserver.jar he can join, but when i runt it with the "ServerStart.bat" to get use more RAM he cant even find the server.
But when he runs the server with Server Start can join him ...
I have to run the server because i have a better computer to handle the server
I do not know how to make it more specific.

Ultimate version? (dont say latest, need a number)
What did you write in the .bat?
When you start the server and i works do you just start it from the normal .jar?

Oh, and if you don't mind, where are you from?
