Problem Friends can't connect to my server

Hi there, I run a server for the Direwolf 20 pack, and it's stopped working. I can connect to it, but none of my friends can. I know for a fact that my router is port forwarding minecraft, so I am unsure of what the problem is. All it says for my friend is 'Can't reach server'. Any help is very appreciated.

I am on a Mac, and am using Direwolf20 Version 5.2.1

Try checking if your port is open, also if you run linux you will probebly need to open the port on your router + on your linux machine ! (or windows for that matter )
