friend cant reconnect to my server

Details of the issue so my friend and I tried to play together with hamachi. he's able to play the first time ( after he download the pack ). then when he tried to reconnect he cant. both I and him havent modified any of the pack. we decided to try to test on other modpack and it works fine. he is able to reconnect.
