Friend cannot join server

Details of the issue:
I just installed an infinity modpack to my server, everything worked fine, and I could join, however my friend gets timed out when trying to join.​

Have him delete ftb infinity from his FTB install folder. Then reinstall and connect. All of my friends had this problem with my server.
