Windows .exe Friend can not launch any modpack in FTB

We've tried uninstalling all instances of java, reinstalling the latest Java, but to no avail.

It is much easier to work with the person actually receiving the error.
having a middle man makes the entire process take longer and can be very aggravating to the people helping.

Well I'm viewing his computer through teamviewer so technically I'm the one kind of doing it. He's new to FTB in general so yeah.

It would be easier for everyone if he were the one we were communicating with.

We are quite good at making the steps simple for inexperienced users.

I'm also having a problem with the launcher, specifically with all 1.6.4 modpacks. I've done everything, re-installed java, re-installed the launcher, and re-downloaded the modpack, all several times. I decided to make an account and try posting my pastebin here. If anyone can spot the problem I would REALLY appreciate some help, I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem. All non-1.6.4 modpacks work, and they still do work even after all re-installing and re-downloading.

Just an update, I tried disabling all mods in the direwolf20 1.6.4 modpack and just launching the game without mods, and I got the same error.

Fixed it for him myself. Just uninstall all instances of java, reinstall, then redownload the modpack. Should work fine after.
