Summary of the problem Freezes every 5 seconds on great computer

What is the bug? I just created my first world, and every 5 seconds, it freezes for about a second. I downloaded this completely normally from the Twitch launcher, I have 8 GB out of my PC's 16 allocated to Minecraft, and my computer is definitely not the problem. I have a GTX 1060, Ryzen 5 1600, and 16 gb of ram.

Is it repeatable? Yes. Do literally anything.

A bug report is usually made when you pinpointed something that's not working as excepted in the features and you want to report it for someone to check and perhaps fix to next version.
