I have no idea why they aren't moving, every block that will move is connected to a frame

For one thing, it looks like the two mining wells closest to the camera in the first picture aren't connected to anything. Blocks with frame covers in them act like regular frame blocks that are wrenched shut on every face that doesn't have a frame cover, so the simplest fix for that problem would be to put a hollow frame cover in the transfer node block and the two transfer pipe blocks next to it facing toward the left, as seen in the second picture. This way, when the frame slider on the right side of that picture fires, its push will propagate leftward through the transfer pipe blocks, pulling the mining wells with it.

Also, all of the horizontal covers and hollow covers visible in the first picture (i.e. the ones on top of the transfer pipes) are unnecessary, as is the one facing the camera and the full-block frame above and closer to the camera than the tesseract in that picture. At least, they would be if you put hollow frames in the transfer node blocks as I explained above- as it is, the last two mentioned and the downward-facing cover one on top of the transfer pipe next to (but not above) the transfer node are all that's connecting that pipe and the mining well next to it to the frame slider.

Looking more closely at that first picture, I see the problem: Your tesseract is actually getting stuck on the transfer node. Why? You need a hollow cover in the block above it, facing downward. The existing upward-facing hollow cover on top of the node (which the one you need should go on top of) can do nothing other than pull the block above it along if it gets moved somehow. If you put a hollow cover on top of it (in the downward face of that transfer pipe block), this cover will be able to pull the transfer node along if its block ever gets moved.

To fix, in short, in what I believe to be the way best optimized for simplicity and resource efficiency (but maybe not so much for aesthetics):

1. Remove all horizontal covers visible in the first picture, as well as the one that faces the camera and the full-block frame closest to the camera.
2. Put a frame cover in the bottom face of the block above the transfer node. This should not be flush with the mining wells- it should be slightly above them.
3. Place three more hollow covers facing the camera in that first picture: one in the transfer node block, and the others in the two transfer pipe blocks in front of it.

Step 1 gets rid of the frames that don't do anything (because I'm a cheapskate), step 2 connects the first mining well, and step 3 connects the other wells. You could even get rid of most of the full-block frames behind the mining wells (with respect to the direction the rig moves) in exchange for a few more covers and hollow covers (to reconnect the block above the transfer node and the tesseract), but I didn't want to overcomplicate things.

Thanks alot man it works great, though I didn't exactly follow your instructions I just used the parts where you explained why it wasn't moving properly so it is fixed I will post some pictures of the working one
