Details of the issue For a little while now I've been having issues with the screen freezing for a second or two. This occurs once every 5-10 seconds, especially when I am outdoors or when mobs are onscreen. I've tried reinstalling MC and FTB revelations as well as allocating more memory. But everything I've tried hasn't had much of an effect.

Have you tried reducing your view distance to something like 10?

I'm having the same issue.... core i5-7400 @3.0 GHz, 8 GB RAM, GTX 1060 3GB..

Your log show you use the old Java 1.8.0_25 (included in twich client ?)
The problem you described end for my volks with Java 1.8.0_162 (latest atm)
--> update Java and change launcher settings.

-!- and double check the launcher accept the settings -!-
--> take a look at row 5 in your log again.
