If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I'm new to the forum, they won't let me modify original post with a link. I put it in a response, but even that is awaiting a moderator.

Then you just wait for it to be approved, nothing else to do.

Questions:
Did you ever start as admin - or are you doing this now (this is not me telling you to do that, so don't start as admin)?

Do you have any antivirus software on that machine?
(if yes, add exceptions for game folder - just disable will not work)

Suggestions:
Make sure you have the latest version of graphics driver for your card - check manuafactors webpage - even if windows update states that it's the latest. Make a clean install of the latest drivers

Restart your computer after driver installation.

Reduce allocated ram, you've allocated way too much - too much can cause issues.
Rule of thumb: 1.7.10-packs and older - 2-4gb, 1.10-packs and newer 4-6gb

Do a repair of the pack, instructions can be found here:
http://support.feed-the-beast.com/faq/

If you don't do any off the steps, please report that back if you still have issues - and give a new log as well.

Windows did a major update.
Java did an update
I reduced the RAM
I made sure the video drivers are up to date
I don't log as Admin
made the exception in Norton
upgraded to the latest pack version, repaired Minecraft
Found my display has a game mod(Who knew) and switched to it.
No Improvement
here's the log

While waiting I downloaded Project Ozone lite. it was running at 40 FPS until I made all the changes, now its only running at 20 FPS
and its not nearly as much fun...:(
