Found dimensional blocks in village what are they

I have looked for these blocks in the wiki but I can not find them. There are 2 blocks here. Dimensional cross 2 blocks and dimensional blank blocks.

Are those the blocks from RFTools that are crafted with dimensional shards and stone or some other cheap building material? If so, they're just decorative. You can't get the much more useful shards out of them, except possibly with a Twilight Forest uncrafting table.
