Banned for thinking that such a place exists. It is conceptually impossible.

Banned because last I checked, I'm living in a magicless universe. Unless you count things that you don't understand or can't explain readily, or things (like my laptop) that, according to Arthur C. Clarke, are indistinguishable form magic.

Magic exists in every universe. That doesn't necessarily mean that magic is active in every universe. In some universes, magic does nothing, because it isn't being used in any way. But it CAN be used, if only someone knew how.
