But I think the ending should have gone like this:

Harry looked into the mirror. He saw all his friends, family, everyone he loved. He turned around, but there was nothing but cobwebs and his old, dusty room.

Harry had long outlived them all. Harry, unlike them, could not feel the ease of death. Harry could not die. He was immortal.
