So ... So these have actually been curse/twitch forums?

... Yea, the page footers are definitely curse footers.

Wasn't this actually run by the FTB people in the past?

At the very least I don't think it's a shared user system, I registered a new account rather than logging in with Curse. But yes, definitely a Curse website now.

Actually, just read this from the header, taking place on 03/06/2019:

CurseForge and Feed the Beast are pleased to announce that CurseForge will soon transfer the Feed the Beast forums to the FTB team. This means that CurseForge will no longer operate the FTB forums, and the FTB team will take over those duties. In connection with this transfer, all publicly-available data will be transferred to the Feed the Beast team; however, CurseForge and Feed the Beast are providing users a choice regarding how their non-public data is treated.

That was what I was referring to. This will be going to being run by the Feed the Beast people. It's currently run by Curse. I had forgotten about the whole announcement way-back-when about Curse taking over the forums.
