ForgeMod Loader ID Mismatches Error.

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but, hoping to get some help from all you smart folks.

I'm paying for a hosting service from HostLegend, I just got it on the 24th of Sept. The first time I started the server on Multicraft, I got the error on Unleashed Console when trying to log on:

Forge Mod Loader has found ID mistmatches
Complete details are in the log file
ID 343 is mismatched between world and game
ID 102 is mismatched between world and game
ID 342 is mismatched between world and game
ID 335 is mismatched between world and game
ID 79 is mismatched between world and game
ID 407 is mismatched between world and game
ID 328 is mismatched between world and game

I have googled the issue and tried to configure most of the guides there, but still no luck. Some configuration that I have found and tried:

1. Deleting all and installing through FileZilla
2. Deleting all and downloaded the server through the console and uploaded through FileZilla/Multicraft
3. Tried to find the ID and change but found out you cannot anymore.
4. I've submitted a lot of tickets to HostLegend and they couldn't help me yet, I've tried all of the tutorial that they gave me and nothing seemed to be working.

It means there is a difference between the ID in the world and the ID configs. I'm guessing you've uploaded a saved world, I'd recommend digging out your old configs and putting them in see if that helps
