ForgeEssentials Help

Hey everybody,
I just installed ForgeEssentials on my FTB Unhinged server with no previous experience of it, and seemingly no tutorials on it anywhere. Can somebody help me with setup and permissions? I usually can figure out how to do permissions, but this mod apparently adds permission nodes for EVERY ITEM IN THE GAME and I really don't want to spend a week on each group. Can somebody please help me with this!

Look up normal permissions system and look about regex system (ie the *)
