[1.5.2/1.4.7] StreamHelper 1.0 SMP


This mod does one simple thing: It's for people who stream minecraft and don't want to get annoyed by theire server companions. So if they get hit, the attacker get's lit on fire and the attacked person gets a message!

Requirements:
1.5.2 or 1.4.7; Latest Forge

Installation (Server):

• Install Forge if you haven't done it yet
• Download the mod
• Put the zip in you mods folder (don't extract it! Leave the zip as it)
• Play

Usage:
Config file has 3 options:
default: sets if streammode is activated on server start
fire: sets if attackers get lit on fire
gods: sets the names of the streamers

There is also an igame command for OPs called "togglestream"
The streamer has to be OP to use the command...

it's serverside, so people cannot use it for pvp hacking

I like how you can only turn it off if you're opped.


As if you don't have the rights to determine if people should be lit on fire dare they touch you.

Meh. I have no problem with respecting people recording on the server I'm on. Seems very niche in terms of demand. Either don't stream (or play) on a chaotic server or allow your flaming death to be of entertainment value.

flaming death is optional, the mainfeature is the fact that it tells you who hits you (to kick him/her, so you can stream properly)
