Forge Multipart 'Grid' Missing.

As seen in youtube videos from direwolf20 of the mod spotlight of Forge Multipart there was a grid where he could see where we was placing his multiblocks, however i am missing this and i don't have it as seen in the attached image, if anyone have any thoughts as to what it may be then please reply, thank you kindly![DOUBLEPOST=1389583536][/DOUBLEPOST] ftb bug.png
 
What modpack and version are you using?

I am using DW20 v1.0.11 and it is working. I could not find a config option, or key to change this functionality. I do know on one of the recent forgecraft vids that dw had this same problem. Unfortunately I don't remember any details about it.
 
Looks like I remembered things a little differently...either that or there was a separate issue. Towards the end of the workshop episode ( s4e3 ) the multiparts were not ghosted, but the grid was still there.

In your MC folder for dw20 1.6.4, then mods then 1.6.4 can you confirm your Forge Multipart is 1.0.0.227 ?

You might also want to try some of your graphics settings, such as advanced openGL, etc. There could be an issue with your computer.

Have you added anything, or modified anything?
 
Yeah it's definitely 1.0.0.227, going to have a go at changing the graphics settings and i'll get back to you!

Edit: Just tried changing some graphics settings and nothings changed, started a new world and still doesn't work.

Edit #2: Just took Mo'Creatures, Optifine, Custom Mod Spawner and the GUI what comes with Mo'Creatures off and it came back, does anyone know what the problem may be between the different mods, because i want to play with both Mo'Creatures and have Multiblocks working aswell.

Optifine is your problem. It conflicts with quite a bit, and it is best to not use it.
 
Try every mod except Optifine. I know that causes issues due to some nasty render hacks it makes, which will most likely conflict with the rendering of the ghost blocks. So unless Mo' Creatures requires Optifine, you should be able to use it.
 
Well it says it requires it on the forum post, however i disabled and got both working! :) Thanks a lot Padfoote & Zemerick!
