Solved forge mod loader has found a world ID mismatch

When we have the mod advancesolarpanel installed on our server we get this error message when trying to join

forge mod loader has found a world ID mismatch

id 31087 (mod id:advance solarpanel, type advsolar.item advaced)is missing

id 194 (mod id:advance solarpanel, type advsolar.item advaced)is missing

when we deleate the mod we can join but we want to use the mod can anyone one help

all i had to do was replace the mods config file with my advance solar config file
