Forge Mod Loader Crash HELP!

I loaded FTB and i can play for about a minute until i get this.

>Initialized->Post-initialized->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available
2013-10-31 18:18:01 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] The ForgeModLoader state engine has become corrupted. Probably, a state was missed by and invalid modification to a base classForgeModLoader depends on. This is a critical error and not recoverable. Investigate any modifications to base classes outside ofForgeModLoader, especially Optifine, to see if there are fixes available.


PLEASE HELP!!!!

Ash that has nothing to do with the problem with FML. Just so you know, I've had the same problem with FML too but I don't know how to solve it... Any experts would be appreciated.

it's worth the read. i dednt say it was the problem or the solution.
with the limited info you both gave, i can only guess.
