Forge Microblocks doesn't work with Chisel

Details of the issue Added mods:
FastLeafDecay
Biomes O' Plenty

When I try to use FMB's saw on chiseled blocks, it doesn't seem to work. It used to work in FTB: Infinity iirc. I need microblocks to coverup my wiring and to add detail to my buildings.

I appreciate the help.
