How do i change what can be exchanged in the forge lexicon for the unleashed pack, there is supposed to be blue/green slimeballs, but it says it's disabled, which config/file do i need to change that in, and how?

Well personally I never use the forge lexicon, I always use a unifier. It can exchange almost everything registered in the ore dictionary. With it there's no need to go through the configs at all.

Trading blue slimeballs for green ones seems a little cheaty to me given how much better green slime tool parts are than blue ones.

I'm fairly sure Blue and Green are not interchangable even with a confrig.[DOUBLEPOST=1374974678][/DOUBLEPOST]If there is check out the Tinkers Consturt Configs that is where blue slimes come from.

Blue Slimeballs and normal Slimeballs are registered in the Ore Dictionary under "slimeball". The Forge Lexicon requires specific ore dictionary entries to be whitelisted in order to interchange them. This was in response to Greg's registering everything under the sun and opening up exploits that allowed people to exchange Vacuum Tubes for Advanced Circuits for Autarchic Gates.

The Unifier, on the other hand, does not have a whitelist and will more than happily rotate any Ore Dictionary item you put in it. At least, it did in the latest version I tried it in.

You can just build a Unifier to exchange Blue Slimeballs for Green, or you could can add it to the Lexicon's whitelist. To do that, go to the COFH folder in your configs and edit the Lexicon_Whitelist.txt.

Add "slimeball" without quotes on a new line and the Lexicon should now allow the exchange. Keep in mind that, as Dee Twenty already pointed out, this can be thought of as an "exploit" since green slime is a significantly better tool material than blue slime.

People already have manyllyum on our server, that won't be a problem, this was for a seperate recipie. But thanks for the warning and the help.

well if they wanted to exploit it wouldn't they just use the unifier ?? ;)

though you said "Keep in mind that, as Dee Twenty already pointed out, this can be thought of as an "exploit" since green slime is a significantly better tool material than blue slime." when it already is avaliable to exchange these two items, without the need to change anything

Because exchanging an item for a better item at no cost can be considered an exploit, regardless of whether you have to enable it or not. You didn't have to enable the blaze rod duplication dance for EE3. You didn't have to enable the anvil soul shard exploit. Whether you use the Lexicon or the Unifier, turning one item into a better item is what most people would call an "exploit."

Edit: Or are you simply questioning why I explained how to enable the change in the Lexicon? The OP asked for it, so I provided it. Never hurts to have alternatives.
