Problem Forge Essentials Auto-Restart

So i got this auto-backup working but can't find an auto-restart (every 2h or so)

I don't think Forge Essentials has a built in auto-restart. For that, you are best to start your server with a server-wrapper. There are many available but one I would recommend is Remote Toolkit. It is nice and lightweight, using only 30MB of memory, and the Bukkit plugin is not required for it to work. It will restart the server at regular intervals while issuing timed warnings to the players, and restarts your server in the event that the process terminates.
