[Forever Stranded] Better Questing Book Reset

So my BQ book lost all it's quests, I managed to reload it but they've all reset. I have no backup worlds/files

and there are no clear ways to mass complete quests in BQ. Any help would be appreciated

Not a FTB pack, you should check with pack creator.
