System Specs: Intel Xeon E3-1230 - 3.30GHz - 12GB Ram

Problem: Forestry's Logger will not output logs to buildcraft transport pipes. it will output to an adjacent chest and then the logs will flow through the transport pipes from the chest. A directly connected pipe will not receive logs from the logger. I have tried connecting pipes on top and bottom as in some configs it will only work this way. and i have also tried connecting pipes to the sides. none of these configurations work.
