Problem Forestry Ores not generated?

Forestry was crashing my server and I needed to disable Forestry and its related Mods to allow
the server to boot up. Upon booting up I reenabled Forestry and its related Mods.
I cannot seem to find any Forestry related ores; even in new chunks.

I was expecting there to be an option to generate ores in land where it was not found; similar to
Soul Shards, but I can't seem to find a similar function either. Any ideas or help would be
greatly appreciated.

forestry only generates apitite by default in packs its rare to find but in large chunks at y64+
