Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to configure the same thing on the four sides of the farm. I'm trying to do wheat for exemple and when I put 4 electron tubes then put the circuit, it only takes the 1st tube and I only get one side of the farm. Did I do something wrong? are you just supposed to get something different on each side?

Thanks :)

You need to use the circuit that uses gold, it has 4 slots. It's not at all clear on the wiki, so I made a creative world to check it out before I wasted lots of resources. I can't remember what it's called right now, but it will accept 4 tubes and it costs gold to make (super advanced expensive circuit? <-- I made that up, just in case anyone is in the mood to tell me I'm being stupid. Yes, I know it's not what it's called :p).

Great thanks a lot ^^
Other question, did you figure out the rubber plantation? mine is not taking the resin out of the trees...

I've only used mine for a basic orchard for apple juice for my fermenter, so no I haven't. (To get rubber I just smelt slime balls, there are always slimes in my base).

To make the rubber plantation, you need to:

- Use rubberized electron tubes
- Make a manual (not managed) farm
- Lay the soil yourself
- Plant the saplings yourself
- Supply power, water and fertilizer

The farm should now tap the trees for rubber. It will not harvest or replant trees; it just taps the rubber spots and waits for them to respawn. To maximize your rubber output, try to get as many tree trunks on the farmland as possible (leaves do not matter... but do look sorta pretty).

If this doesn't work, try posting some screenshots of your farm configuration.

Do the resin spots need to be adjacent to air to be harvestable by the farm? (placing the trees in a checkerboard pattern)
Can they be harvested, if they are adjacent to another tree? (filling the ground completely)

I have not confirmed it (I would never need that much rubber), but I saw someone else on these forums claim that it works if the farmland is filled completely.

I'm almost 100% certain that it was Jadedcat. (Might help if anyone is searching for the info)
