forestry farms broke?

I took 100 garm blocks.
Took 3 and make a valve, gearbox and hatch.
Put them 5x5x4 block it's not turning into a farm.

I've made these before

I'm using what ever version is in unleashed 1.1.3
 
If you post what caused it someone else googling for the issue might be able to use that.
