Forestry 3 Downloads

I've been trying to find a version of Forestry for Minecraft 1.7.10, ideally Forestry 3, but I haven't been able to find a single download for it. I've seen it on OpenEye, a few posts on different forums with people using it and the code on GitHub is for Minecraft 1.7.10 and Forge 10.13.0.1180. Am I just stupid and didn't look hard enough or are there no public downloads available?
